Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Retainer
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking date and time. The session is not considered booked until the retainer is paid in full. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that emergencies arise (especially with little ones). If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Retainers can be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the original booking. Cancellations forfeit the retainer.
3. Image Rights and Usage
Bump to Born Photography retains the copyright to all images. We reserve the right to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including our website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer strict privacy for your child's photos, please discuss this with us prior to booking.
4. Delivery of Images
An online proofing gallery will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (usually 1-2 weeks). Final professionally retouched images will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after your final selection. Unedited RAW files are strictly never provided.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Bump to Born Photography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the session. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
